It was just before midnight when Sasha the pit bull threw herself versus the backdoor and started barking till her owner, Latana Chai, came outside. That’s when the lady saw a fire spreading from the neighbor’s complex over to their own.

When Latana hurried back within, she saw Sasha was currently in the child’s room dragging her by the diaper to safety. She credits the dog’s barking and banging warning signs for saving every one of their lives.
