Cop Goes Above And Also Beyond The Call Of Duty For Pit Bull Being Beaten By Owner

It was June of 2014 when the Cleveland Police Department received a call regarding a canine being brutally beaten in the middle of a road. But a specific policeman’s actions went above and beyond the call of duty.

Cleveland Cops reacted to a call about a canine being beaten in the middle of a road. A man hit the canine with a block and began to choke him.

When the policemans reached the scene, the pit bull jumped right into the squad car and also exposed his sweet, loving nature.

Policeman Brandon Melbar agreed to foster Harvard knowing how tough it is for pit bulls to be adopted from shelters. He instantly fell in love with the dog and chose to adopt him!

This had not been the only time a Cleveland police officer went above and past for a rescue dog. Policeman John Lyons is revealed here lying with an ill and pregnant dog that he took home. He and his wife maintained the canine and all of her pups.

Harvard got all of the medical care he required and began his trip to living a typical life.

And it’s all thanks to Officer Melbar for providing Harvard a second chance at life.

Police officers usually don’t get the credit they should have. Although it’s a few years old, a heartwarming tale such as this deserves to be seen and also heard by all!.
