Throughout the historic heatwave that passed through the Pacific Northwest in June, Oregon resident Joseph Rojas remained ice cubes to help the wild animals suffering the warm temperatures.
And also fortunately, he was able to catch a squirrel on video enjoying the cool treat.
The squirrel seemed to greatly appreciate the gesture as it licked the ice despite the camera right up close to it. It’s the little points such as this in life that often mean the most! Got ta love it.
