The life of a fighting dog is very sad, they are not cared for or loved, they are forced to fight in an awful method and if they don’t they end up like Layla and Gracie.
2 Pitbull mix canines were located in a park on the verge of death, but what touched the hearts of the people who saved them is that while one can not even stand up from the pain, her faithful canine buddy who was also abandoned in a crucial circumstance was taking care of her.
Thanks to the fact that they made a call with the right people, these two dogs were assisted and the authorities also got involved to locate those responsible for animal cruelty.

Pitbull fighting dogs were abandoned on the verge of death
Dogs are faithful to their owners, but also to their friends from the same pack. Layla and Gracie were dumped like garbage in a park outside Philadelphia, USA. They both searched in extremely poor health, but especially Gracie, who really did not even have the power to get up, so her partner set on her so she would not get cold.
The people who passed through the place thought they were dead so they spoke with the authorities which is where Officer Harper was present. He can not believe that they had indications of blows, however not abuse caused by a human, however rather that they were fighting dogs.
The officer that is also at the service of an animal organization called Justice Rescue approached them and that was when the Pitbull dog in better problem approached her, but she believed he would strike her since she closed her eyes and placed her head down.
“Layla came up to me wagging her tail however with her eyes closed, like she believed she might get hit,” Police officer Harper said.
When he gained the trust of both dogs with caresses and praise, he was able to come close to more safely to place a vest on them so they would certainly not be colder and go to the vet to be evaluated.
The canines had recent injuries and when they were evaluated they realized that they were just 2 years old and had been cruelly exploited. However, the dog that was in crucial condition was Gracie.
Treatments began for both of them, and although that Gracie remained in a worse state, when she took a look at her rescuer, she showed joy and even wanted to play with him a little. She was not aggressive, she was kind and days later on she had more power, although she still had a long way to go.
“They love affection, they don’t know what to do with it,” Harper said.
Thanks to the medical interest they gave both of them, they were able to get ahead. The truth was in 2017, but it is still shocking to recognize it because it is the situation that many dogs of strong breeds live. Surely both were recovering little by little because in the last visual articles on Facebook it was seen that both had a satisfactory recovery.
