Stray Pup Takes Refuge In Nativity Scene To Keep Warm And Comfortable During Cold Nights

There are stray dogs all over the world, and there are many people and organizations hard at work to correct this sad reality. Sadly, this variety of homeless dogs far exceeds the help out there, and the majority of these strays are left to take care of themselves for the time being.

In Criciúma, Brazil, one particular stray took refuge in a regional nativity scene in order to remain warm and comfortable during the cold winter season evenings. It was a very symbolic scene to the women that stumbled upon the pup that was curled up right beside the baby Jesus figurine.

It’s a good reminder that we must show love and compassion to all living things, not only around the vacations but year round. With another Christmas simply around the corner, we wish this stray puppy has found a much more permanent and proper roof over his head.
