IHOP was presented to Millie however they just didn’t click. Their relationship also made IHOP familiar with the truth that she was “a little various” than other dogs.

Though Waffles is a lot larger than IHOP, the two were instantly inseparable the first time they met.
” It was nearly like IHOP hugged Waffles,” Steph said. “It was like they were long-lost buddies.”
IHOP and Waffles knew that they were “in the same watercraft” or “a little different, however unique.” Steph claims that IHOP is responsible for Waffles having mobility.
Waffles was terrified when she first tried out her wheelchair but once IHOP came outside with her she started to chase her buddy and use the wheelchair properly.
There were lots of people interested in adopting IHOP, however Steph and Duke recognized that they could not separate her from Waffles.
