An old viral video showing a baby elephant hurrying to save a man from ‘drowning,’ is regaining popularity on social media. The adorable footage, at first shared on twitter, a couple of days ago reveals a herd of elephants standing at a riverbank, while a human can been seen swimming in the river.
Suddenly, the guy acts as he’s about to sink. The next moment wins the internet over. A baby elephant runs in a hurry to save the drowning man.
It happened at Elephant Nature Park in Thailand, a sanctuary and a rescue center for elephants. Here, animal fans as Darrick, the man in the video, dedicated their lives to help and secure these amazing creatures. Kham Lha, an orphaned baby elephant has a great fond of Darrick, the man that takes care of her, every single day.
So, when her protector is yelling for help, the baby elephant hurried over to rescue him. It’s what these magnificent creatures are capable of. Obviously, the guy has never ever been in danger. The adorable footage is meant to raise awareness for people to stop hunting elephants down. Darrick and Save Elephant Foundation are hardly trying to help at the conservation of this species!
