Lost Dog 130 Miles Far From Coast Is Exhausted When Found By Oil Rig Workers
Oil rig workers in Thailand were taken back when they saw what appeared like a puppy’s head in the water swimming toward them. At 130 miles away from coast, could it really be? Among the workers, Vitisak Payalaw, got his camera and caught everything in complete shock.
It was certainly a pup who had actually either fallen from a fishing boat or jumped from a vessel where he was abused, they figured. They connected a rope around the dog and also brought him aboard before the waves obtained too big.
How he survived, nobody could be certain. However he was completely exhausted and extremely thirsty.
The oil rig workers made the puppy feel comfortable and gave him everything he required. He remained on the drilling platform for two days while they built a special cage to transport him to some veterinarians in Songkhla for a checkup.
They called the dog Boonrod which means “making a spiritual donation completely luck in the future” in Thai.
One oil rig worker claims he wishes to adopt Boonrod if an owner doesn’t step forward.
What a crazy story all around! However Boonrod is safe and happy and well on his way to a normal life.
