A small puppy was chained outdoors as penalty by her alcoholic owner for biting one of the chickens.
Fortunately, a good Samaritan called a rescue group and reported the situation, and they lay out to the location immediately.
They would release the puppy and leave a note claiming the dog had actually been rescued, along with their telephone number. Now, Fanta is living her best life with a new little buddy!.
